Understanding the minimum sample size formula

Sitecore Personalize automatically calculates the minimum sample size required for an experiment to reach statistical significance. You do not need to know this formula, we publish it for data scientists who are interested. The minimum sample size values are applied to the following formula to calculate the minimum sample size required to detect an effect, which is the difference between conversion goal measures:
