Generate brief content using AI
The AI Assistant enables you to add high-quality, engaging content to your brief, whether you’re starting from scratch or improving existing text. By entering a simple prompt, the AI generates an initial draft that you can refine as needed. This allows you to produce well-written, brand-aligned content faster and with greater flexibility.
Whether creating a new smart brief or editing an existing one, depending on the field type, you can use the AI Assistant to:

Generate content for simple text and rich-text fields.

Change the tone of the content, such as making it more formal, informative, casual, bold, or friendly.

Summarize content for more concise text.

Draft a timeline based on key milestones.
For fields that support AI, click the AI Assistant icon
on the toolbar and describe what you want to write. After entering your prompt, click Send
to generate a first draft.
Make prompts clear and concise. Be sure to specify the type of content you want. Specify important keywords and constraints.
For the Timeline field, click
AI Suggestions. The AI will generate milestones based on the brief content.
If the AI-generated result isn't quite what you wanted, you can refine your prompt or regenerate the content. When you're happy with it, you can insert the text into the field. You can continue to improve the text by selecting it and using AI.
