Create a smart brief

A brief is used to define the goals, audience, messaging, and key milestones for a campaign or initiative. From the Briefs page, you can create a smart brief manually or use the built-in AI Assistant to generate text and build a timeline based on your input.

Tip

To create a smart brief:

  1. In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Briefs.

  2. On the Briefs page, click Create brief to start a new smart brief.

  3. On the brief details page, to edit the default name (New Creative Brief), click it at the top of the page, type a new name, and press Enter.

  4. Fill in the required fields for the brief. You can use the buttons on the toolbar to format text if needed.

  5. Optionally, for fields that support AI, use the AI Assistant to generate text:

    • Click the AI Assistant icon on the toolbar.

    • Enter a prompt describing what you want.

    • Click Send  to generate a draft.

    • If needed, refine the prompt and regenerate until satisfied.

    • When you're happy with it, click Accept to insert the AI-generated text into the field.

  6. Optionally, for the Timeline field, use AI to build the timeline:

    • Click AI Suggestions. AI will generate milestones based on the brief content.

    • Review the suggestions and regenerate or delete if needed.

    • Click Accept to insert the timeline into the field.

  7. To upload media items to support the brief, click Upload.

  8. Click Save.
