Edit a brief
You can edit a smart brief that you created on the Briefs page or a brief that you generated and published from the Brand Assistant.
Editing lets you refine goals, update audience information, adjust messaging, or attach new resources as campaign plans evolve.
To edit a smart brief:
- In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Briefs.
- In the list of available briefs, click the brief you want to edit.
- On the brief details page, to edit the brief's name, click it at the top of the page, type a new name, and press Enter.
- Edit the required fields for the brief. You can use the buttons on the toolbar to format text if needed.
- Optionally, for fields that support AI, use the AI Assistant to generate text:
- Click the AI Assistant icon
on the toolbar. - Enter a prompt describing what you want.
- Click Send
to generate a draft. - If needed, refine the prompt and regenerate until satisfied.
- When you're happy with it, click Accept to insert the AI-generated text into the field.
- Click the AI Assistant icon
- Optionally, for the Timeline field, use AI to build the timeline:
- Click
AI Suggestions. AI will generate milestones based on the brief content. - Review the suggestions and regenerate if needed.
- Click Accept to insert the timeline into the field.
- Click
- To upload media items, click
Upload. - Click Save.
Next steps
After saving the brief, you can:
- Create and assign to-do tasks to those working on the brief.
- Add reviewers to provide feedback or comment on the brief.
- Link the brief to a campaign.
- Convert the brief into a campaign when you're ready to launch.
