Task actions

When adding a task to a deliverable, you can specify an action that is required for completing the task. You can enter a custom URL manually or select from predefined actions related to common marketing-related tasks performed within Sitecore products. The available actions depend on your Sitecore license.

When adding an action within a Sitecore product, first select the product, choose a tenant, and select a predefined call to action within the selected product. The system then automatically generates a button with a link, directing the assignee to the relevant page and URL in that product, making it easier for them to perform the task.

The following table provides an overview of the predefined actions available for each Sitecore product:
