Manage a campaign, deliverable, or task
After creating a campaign and adding deliverables and tasks, you can:

Edit - update initial details such as name, status, or due dates.

Delete - permanently removes a workflow entity that is no longer needed or relevant.
-
Archive - temporarily hides an entity from your workspace without permanent removal.
-
Unarchive - restores the entity's visibility in the workspace, making it editable again.
NoteTo delete, archive, or unarchive a campaign, you must have a Stream Admin app role or an Organization Admin or Organization Owner role in Sitecore Cloud Portal.
Edit the details of a campaign, deliverable, or task
Edit campaign details
To edit the details of a campaign:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign you want to edit.

To set the campaign status, in the drop-down list, select Not started, In progress, or Done.

To add a campaign team member, click Add member
, search for a name, and select it from the list.To delete an existing member, click the member icon then click
. -
To edit the campaign details, in the top-right corner, click the settings icon
> Edit campaign details. -
In the Campaign details dialog, edit the following:
-
Campaign name - edit the name of the campaign, up to 255 characters.
-
Campaign description - edit the overview or details about the campaign, up to 1,000 characters.

Start date and Due date - edit the campaign’s start and end dates. The system recalculates and displays the number of days elapsed on the campaign in the Day field.

Labels - enter or select up to five tags. To remove an existing label, click
next to the tag. -
Brand kit - select a brand kit that you want to link to this campaign. To change a previously selected brand kit, select a new one.

Thumbnail - to change the image, click the thumbnail next to the Campaign name field. Then, select another image, or click the plus icon
to upload a custom thumbnail.

Click Save. You are redirected to the Overview page.
Edit deliverable details
To edit the details of a deliverable:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open campaign that includes the deliverable you want to edit.

On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.
-
Find the deliverable you want to edit.
-
To change its name, click the deliverable name and enter a new one.
-
To change other details, in the top-right corner, click the settings icon
> Edit deliverable details. -
In the Deliverable details pane, edit the following:
-
Deliverable name - edit the name of the deliverable, up to 255 characters.
-
Due date - edit the due date from the calendar. The system calculates and displays the remaining days to complete the deliverable in the Days remaining field.

Funnel stage - select the deliverable's role in the marketing funnel:
-
Top (or awareness stage) - introduce your brand to a broad audience.
-
Middle (or consideration stage) - nurture customer interest and guide them toward a decision.
-
Bottom (or conversion stage) - drive prospects to take action, such as purchases or sign-ups.
-

Funnel tactics - click
Add funnel tactic to select a predefined tactic, such as Email and Billboards, or enter a custom funnel tactic. Make sure this tactic aligns with the selected funnel stage. -
Label - enter or select up to five tags to categorize the deliverable. To remove remove an existing label, click
next to the tag.

When you're happy with the changes, click Save.
Edit task details
To edit the details of a task:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that includes the task you want to edit.

On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.
-
Find the task you want to edit and click it.

In the task pane, edit the following:
-
Name - click the existing name, and enter a new one up to 255 characters.

Labels - click Add labels to enter or select up to five tags to categorize the task. To remove an existing label, click
next to the tag. -
Status - to set or edit the task status, in the drop-down list, select Not started, In progress, or Done.

Date - edit the task’s timeline. Select the new start and end dates, then click Save. The system recalculates the remaining days until the task is due, displaying them in parentheses. For example, 4d for four days.

Assignee - set or edit the name of the team member responsible for the task.
-
Priority - select or edit the task's priority level to High, Medium, or Low
-
Task description - in provided field, enter the task details, instructions, or any relevant information about the task, then click Save.

Assers - click Add asset to add any files or references to the task. Supported formats include DOCX, PDF, PNG, and JPG. To delete a task attachment, click Delete
. -
Dependencies - click Add dependency to select a task within the same campaign that must be completed before this one, then click
to save. To add another dependency, click Add. -
Actions - click Add action to add a link to a resource the task assignee can act on.

To link to an action in Sitecore, select the app and tenant, choose a predefined call to action within the selected product, then click Save. Stream automatically generates a button with a link to the relevant page in the Sitecore product.
NoteThe available actions depend on your Sitecore license.

To enter a custom URL for the action, click Custom URL, enter the URL, then click Save. The system generates a clickable link.

Comments - to add a comment to the task, enter a comment in the field. Optionally, you can tag a team member using the @ mention. To submit your comment, click Send
. Tagged members will receive a notification in the platform.

When you're happy with the changes, click
to close the task pane or click anywhere outside it to return to the Overview page.
Delete a campaign, deliverable, or task
Delete a campaign
Deleting a campaign permanently removes it from the Campaigns page and the Overview page. Deleting a campaign also deletes all deliverables and tasks associated with it. This action cannot be undone.
To delete a campaign:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign you want to delete.

On the Overview page, in the top-right corner, click the settings icon
>
Delete. -
In the confirmation dialog, click Delete. After deleting, you'll be redirected to the Campaigns page.
Delete a deliverable
Deleting a deliverable permanently removes it from the Overview page, and deletes all tasks associated with it. This action cannot be undone.
To delete a deliverable:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that contains the deliverable you want to delete.

On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.

Go to the top-right corner of the deliverable row, and click the settings icon
> Delete. -
If the deliverable you're deleting contains tasks that are dependencies of tasks in other deliverables, deleting the deliverable will break these dependencies.
In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.
After deleting, you'll be redirected to the List tab.
Delete a task
Deleting a task permanently removes the task from the campaign details page. This action cannot be undone.

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that includes the task you want to delete.

On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.

Find the deliverable that includes the task you want to delete, then click the task.

In the right pane, click
>
Delete. -
If the task you're deleting is a dependency of another task, deleting the task will break this dependency.
In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.
After deleting, you'll be redirected to the List tab.
Archive a campaign, deliverable, or task
Archive a campaign
Archiving a campaign hides it from the Campaigns page while keeping its data intact. When a campaign is archived, all its associated deliverables and tasks are also archived.
Archived campaigns are in read-only mode and are excluded from the campaign tracking metrics in My day.
To archive a campaign:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign you want to archive.

On the Overview page, in the top-right corner, click the settings icon
>
Archive. -
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm archive. After archiving, you'll be redirected to the Campaigns page.

Optionally, to view an archived campaign, click
Archived campaigns.This opens the Archived campaigns page where you can view a list of archived campaigns. Click the campaign to view deliverables, tasks, and other details in read-only mode. The campaign and any child entities will appear as Archived.
Archive a deliverable
Archiving a deliverable hides it from the campaign details page without deleting it. Archiving a deliverable also archives all associated tasks.
Archived deliverables are in read-only mode and are excluded from the campaign tracking metrics in My day.
To archive a deliverable:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that contains the deliverable you want to archive.

On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.

Go to the top-right corner of the deliverable row, and click the settings icon
> Archive. -
If the deliverable you're archiving contains tasks that are dependencies of tasks in other deliverables, archiving the deliverable will break these dependencies.
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm archive.
After archiving, you'll be redirected to the List tab on the Overview page.

Optionally, to view an archived deliverable, go to the archived deliverables section at the bottom of page.
Click it to expand and view the deliverable in read-only mode. The deliverable and any child tasks will appear as Archived.
Archive a task
Archiving a task hides it from the campaign details page without deleting it.
Archived tasks are in read-only mode and are excluded from the campaign tracking metrics in My day.
To archive a task:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that includes the task you want to archive.
-
On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.
-
Find the deliverable that includes the task you want to delete, then click the task.

In the right pane, click
>
Archive. -
If the task you're archiving is a dependency of another task, archiving the task will break this dependency.
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm archive.
After archiving, you'll be redirected to the List tab on the Overview page.

Optionally, to view an archived task, go to the bottom right corner of the deliverable containing the archived task. Click the archived tasks section to expand and view the task in read-only mode. The task will appear as Archived.
Unarchive a campaign, deliverable, or task
Unarchive a campaign
Unarchiving a campaign restores it in the Campaigns page and reinstates all its deliverables and tasks in the Overview page. After a campaign is unarchived, it is included in the overall campaign metrics in the Strategy Overview page.
To unarchive a campaign:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, click
Archived campaigns. -
On the Archived campaigns page, find the campaign you want to restore and click Unarchive.
NoteAlternatively, you can click the archived campaign to open the Overview page. In the top-right corner, click the settings icon
>
Unarchive. -
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm Unarchive. This restores the campaign to its previous state with all its deliverables and tasks reinstated.
After unarchiving, you can view the campaign in the Campaigns page.
Unarchive a deliverable
Unarchiving a deliverable restores it in the Overview page and all its associated tasks. If the deliverable contains a task that was previously a dependency of another task, this dependency will not be reinstated.
If the deliverable you want to unarchive belongs to an archived campaign, unarchive the campaign first before unarchiving the deliverable.
To unarchive a deliverable:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that contains the deliverable you want to unarchive.

On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.
-
Click the archived deliverables section (for example, shown as 1 deliverable archived) to expand it in read-only mode.

Go to the top-right corner of the archived deliverable row, and click the settings icon
> Unarchive. -
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm unarchive. This restores the deliverable to its previous state with all its tasks reinstated.
After unarchiving, you can view the deliverable in the List tab.
Unarchive a task
Unarchiving a task restores it in the campaign details page. If the task was previously a dependency of another task, this dependency will not be reinstated.
If the task you want to unarchive belongs to an archived campaign, deliverable, or both, unarchive the campaign first, then unarchive the deliverable, before unarchiving the task.
To unarchive a task:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Campaigns.

On the Campaigns page, open the campaign that includes the task you want to unarchive.
-
On the Overview page, open the Deliverables tab, then the List tab.
-
Click the archived section (for example, shown with
1 task archived) to expand it in read-only mode. -
Click the name of the task you want to unarchive.
-
In the right pane, click
Unarchive. -
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm unarchive. This restores the task to its previous state, including details like task status and assignee.
After unarchiving, you can view the task in the List tab.
