Add a summary page

In Forms, you can add a summary page to your form. The summary page shows in one place the data the user entered on the previous pages of the form, so users get a chance to edit the data before submission.

Adding a summary page enhances the user experience by providing a comprehensive review step, ensuring all entered information is correct and complete before final submission. It is particularly helpful for long and multipages forms, but can be added even to a one page form.

Note

When you add a summary page, the data is submitted by the end user only at the end of the summary page. You must ensure that the buttons of the pages before the Summary page have relevant names, for example Next or Review, and that the button at the end of the Summary page has a relevant name, for example Submit.

To add a summary page to a form:

  1. In the Forms editor, at the bottom of the editing area, click Add summary page.

  2. To customize the style of the summary page, click on the page and edit the configuration options in the right-hand pane. You can, for example, change the title of the summary page.

When looking at the summary page in Design and Preview mode, you see how the fields are completed with dummy data.
