Designing forms
You can customize the look and feel of your forms for a variety of use cases. Forms allows you to create a new form from scratch, or work from a predefined form template. In the form editor, you can choose between a variety of different layouts and items, adjust the general settings, and add multiple pages to design a form that captures the attention of your audience.
Note
To create and edit forms, you must have the Advanced User or Admin role. Contact your system administrator to request the access rights as needed.
