Route Report
The Route Report focuses on the performance of a single route (origin and destination), over the past six months. The report is specific to the travel industry and does not show up for other industries. It shows key metrics such as conversion and abandonment rates, value, and demographics.
You can use the filters in the Route Report to display data according to the following options:

Time - select a time frame to display data in the report such as last day, last week, last month, last 6 months, or a custom date range. By default, the report shows data from the previous six months.
The exact dates and times used for the data currently displayed are indicated as Viewing data for [start date and time] - [end date and time], based on your organization's time zone.

By - select the intervals at which data points are displayed on the graphs. You can select a resolution by day, week, or month.

Channel - select a specific channel or order channel to view data, for example, Email, Mobile app, or Web. By default, the report shows data for all channels.

Point of Sale - select a specific point of sale to view data. By default, the report shows data for all points of sale.

Origin -select the region for the route origin. The report only works with a single origin and destination. When you select an origin, you can then only select a destination for which an actual route exists.

Destination - select the region for the route destination. The report only works with a single origin and destination. When you select a destination, you can then only select an origin for which an actual route exists.

Order Status - select a specific status of an order to view data. By default, the report shows data for all order status.
To update the Route Report based on your selected filters, click Apply. To revert to the default view, click Reset filters.
The data in the Route Report is refreshed every 24 hours. To download the report as a ZIP archive containing CSV files, click the Download icon.
Sessions
This section focuses on sessions that included the selected route over the past six months. It uses the Cart Type
parameter from the sessions data to differentiate these sessions into:

Browsed - sessions where the route was included in a search, and did not result in cart activity (abandonment or conversion).

Abandoned - sessions where the route was added to the cart, but did not result in a purchase.

Converted - sessions where the route was purchased.
The rate shown in the graphs are the percentage of each type of session, divided by the overall number of sessions that included this route.

Order items
This section shows details of order items for this route.

Order Items - Flights - this bar chart shows the total number of purchased flights for this route for each of the past six months. Hover your mouse over a chart section to see its number.

Order Items - Ancillaries - this bar chart shows the total numbers of purchased ancillaries for this route for each of the past six months. This includes any order item type associated with an order that has the selected route. Hover your mouse over a chart section to see its number.

Order Items - Flights (Value) - this bar chart shows the total value of purchased flights for this route for each of the past six months. Hover your mouse over a chart section to see its value.

Order Items - Ancillaries (Value) - this bar chart shows the total value of purchased ancillaries for this route for each of the past six months. Hover your mouse over a chart section to see its value.
Purchases
This section shows demographic and other data relating to purchases of this route over the past six months.

Future Travel Dates - this graph shows future travel dates and the number of converted sessions for those dates (purchases). This graph can reflect the current demand for specific travel dates, and can be used as a basis for relevant business decisions. When the sample size is smaller, usually for dates in the more distant future, trends are uneven and less representative of actual trends. Hover your mouse over a chart section to display the total number of converted sessions for that date.

Pax Type - this chart shows the number of converted sessions (purchases) for this route over the past six months, distributed between the different passenger types. Hover your mouse over a chart section to display the total number of converted sessions for that type.

Pax Type (Value) - this chart shows the value of converted sessions (purchases) for this route over the past six months, distributed between the different passenger types. Hover your mouse over a chart section to display the total value of converted sessions for that type.

Pax - Future Travel - this stacked bar chart shows future travel dates and the number of converted sessions for those dates (purchases), for the selected route, for each passenger type. When the sample size is smaller, usually for dates in the more distant future, trends are uneven and less representative of actual demographic trends. Hover your mouse over a chart section to display the total number of converted sessions for that passenger type for that date.

Event Breakdown - this chart displays the sales funnel for this route, representing the number of searches for the route as 100%, then the percentage who added the route to their cart, then the percentage of those who purchased the route (payment / checkout).

Repeat Rate - guests that purchase the same route more than once within one year are considered a repeat buyer. This graph shows the rate of repeat buyers out of all the purchases made over the past six months.
