Apply a segment to a triggered experiment

You can apply a segment to a triggered experiment to control the type of guests who are exposed to the experiment. Segments are updated every 24 hours. Your organization must have a Sitecore CDP license to use this feature.

To target a segment:

  1. On the experiment builder, click the Filter tile.

    Additional fields display.

  2. Click Add filter.

  3. In the Filter pane, click Add segment.

  4. In the Select a segment pane, click the segment you want to apply.

    Only members of the selected segment will be shown the triggered experiment

  5. Click to close the pane.
