Events dashboard
The Events dashboard shows how visitors interact with your website by tracking standard and custom events. It highlights event volumes, trends over time, and how often events occur per session.
The dashboard helps you understand how users engage with pages, buttons, and features, which interactions happen most frequently, and how changes to your website influence user behavior.
How event analytics are generated
The Events dashboard displays event data sent from your website to SitecoreAI during the selected time period.
Events include standard types, such as as VIEW, ADD, and INTERACTION, as well as any custom events your implementation captures.
Event analytics are calculated based on the total number of events and how those events occur across user sessions.
