Connect brand context to Scrunch
Connect a brand context to your existing brand in Scrunch to make its AI discoverability data available in brand context. This connection provides users another way to access and use data from Scrunch.
When you connect your brand, SitecoreAI adds an AI Discovery folder to the brand context. The folder contains AI visibility, competitor, content gap, and other discoverability data from Scrunch.
- This feature is available to any organization with a Scrunch subscription.
- Before you can connect your brand context to your configured brand in Scrunch, make sure your SitecoreAI CMS environment is connected to Scrunch.
To connect a brand context to Scrunch:
- In the top-right corner of the page, click Brand Context .
- On the Brand context page, select the brand context you want to connect.
- At the top of the file explorer, click Connect Scrunch.
Connect Scrunch
is shown only when the required Scrunch connection is configured for your environment.
SitecoreAI starts retrieving the discoverability data for your brand from Scrunch. When the process is complete, the AI Discovery folder appears in the brand context and contains the generated brand folder and files.
The AI Discovery folder and its files are read-only and managed by SitecoreAI. You can view the files, but you can't edit, rename, move, or delete them, or add content to the folder.
