Edit a brief type
Brief types and their features are only available to users with the Admin role.
Admins can edit an existing brief type to update field names, add or remove fields, or reorder fields to match their requirements.
To edit a brief type:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy.

In the left sidebar, select Settings

In the left pane, select Brief types.

On the Brief types page, click the name of the brief type you want to edit.
The brief type details page opens, where you can edit the brief type fields.

To rename the brief type, click its name at the top of the page, enter a new name, then click Save.

Optionally, you can manage fields in the following ways:

To rename a field, click the current field name (for example, Text) and enter a new name that describes how the field will be used (for example, Objective).

To add a field, click Add field. In the right pane, either drag a field type into the Fields area, or click Add
next to a field type. -
To reorder a field, click and hold Drag to reorder
, then move the field up or down. -
To delete a field, click Delete field
, then confirm by clicking Delete. -
To edit a field's help text or AI intent of the field, click the down arrow

When you have finished editing the brief type, click Save.
