Create a triggered personalization

Important

Feature availability is part of a phased rollout. Your organization may not see this functionality yet. It will become available when your environment is included in the rollout.

Create a triggered personalization when you want SitecoreAI to run an action after a specified event occurs.

To create a triggered personalization:

  1. In the navigation menu, click Optimization.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Tests & personalizations.

  3. Select Triggered.

  4. Click Create.

  5. In the Create triggered personalization dialog, enter a descriptive name for the personalization.

    Note

    SitecoreAI automatically generates a Friendly ID based on the personalization name. This ID cannot be changed later.

  6. Click Create.

The Configuration page opens, where you can define the trigger, conditions, and action.
