Get started with triggered personalization
Important
Feature availability is part of a phased rollout. Your organization may not see this functionality yet. It will become available when your environment is included in the rollout.
Use triggered personalization when you want SitecoreAI to perform an action after a specified event occurs.
Complete the following steps:
- Create a triggered personalization. Give it a meaningful name.
- Select a trigger to define the event that starts the personalization.
- Optionally, add a condition to control which visitors qualify for the personalization.
- Configure what happens when the personalization is triggered:
- Configure an email action to send a personalized email.
- Configure a custom action to send a payload to a webhook.
- Publish the personalization immediately or schedule it for later.
- Monitor the Live personalization is Live:
- View operational data to monitor executions and identify any failures.
- View personalization insights to monitor reach, deliveries, errors, and breakdowns by language and channel.
