Experience Platform includes AI-enabled features that enhance content creation and project management. These are among the many AI capabilities embedded across Sitecore products, helping teams accelerate content production and optimize marketing operations.

To use the AI capabilities in the Experience Platform, you must have:

AI-assisted content generation

AI-assisted content generation in the Experience Platform is powered by the content copilot. This AI capability is embedded within the platform to assist users in generating and optimizing content in single-line, multiple-line, and rich-text fields. Supported fields display the AI icon .

You can generate new text or refine existing content directly in the Content Editor and the Experience Editor. With features like manual and predefined prompts, users can easily improve writing, fix grammar, and adjust tone.

Assistant

Creating consistent, on-brand content is essential for maintaining a strong brand identity. The Brand Assistant helps content creators in the Experience Platform stay aligned with brand guidelines by providing AI-powered support throughout the authoring process.

The Brand Assistant is a brand copilot that lets you interact with your brand knowledge and brand kit using natural language to access brand guidelines, ask brand-related questions, request text or visual recommendations, and generate on-brand content efficiently.

To access, click Assistant in the Stream section of the Sitecore Launchpad. This will open the Sitecore Cloud Portal, where you might be prompted to log in. When you are logged in, you are redirected to the Assistant page. To proceed, select the appropriate brand kit before asking your marketing and brand-specific questions.

Brand kits

To use Brand Assistant for content creation in the Experience Platform, you must first create a brand kit.

A brand kit is a structured subset of brand knowledge generated from manually uploaded brand-related documents. AI extracts key brand elements from these documents and organizes them into a readily accessible resource that defines your brand.

To access, click Brand Kits in the Stream section of the Sitecore Launchpad. This will open the Sitecore Cloud Portal, where you might be prompted to log in. When you are logged in, you are redirected to the Brand kits page, where you can set up a new brand kit or view existing ones.

Projects

The Projects feature in agentic workflows enables teams in the Experience Platform to collaborate effectively. It provides a centralized workspace where users can create and manage projects, edit project details, add team members, organize deliverables, and assign tasks. These capabilities help streamline content development and coordination across teams.

To access, click Projects in the Stream section of the Sitecore Launchpad. This will open the Sitecore Cloud Portal, where you might be prompted to log in. When you are logged in, you are redirected to the Projects page, where you can get started with planning and setting up a project.
