Create content collections

With content collections, you can group channel-specific content for easy reuse and sharing. As part of this process, you can add content to the collection and assign it a cover image, as needed.

Note

Each new collection is assigned the In progress state.

To create content collections:

  1. On the menu bar, click Content > Content collections.

  2. On the Content collections page, click plus sign Content Collection.

  3. In the Content Collection dialog, enter a name and, if desired, a description.

  4. To create another content collection, select the Create another check box.

  5. Click Save. If you selected the Create another check box, the Content collection dialog displays where you can create another collection. If you are not creating another item, the Content collections page opens.

    Note

When you create another item, some of the fields are prefilled with values you already defined.
