Reporting dashboard
Sitecore Content Hub provides a variety of reports to help you review and analyze events related to your solution, including a variety of logs, such as the reporting logs. You can also find detailed insights into how Sitecore Content Hub is used on the reporting dashboard. This dashboard gives you the information you need to consider operational improvements. To help get you started, the dashboard provides analytics about asset use and system use. This can be useful, for example, in identifying trends or determining which assets are in high demand.
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
You can view statistics about your solution, such as usage and storage capacity, the current activity, the active processing agents, and your licenses info. The Reporting dashboard gives you information about system and asset use initially, but you can customize the dashboard to suit your needs.
There are two tabs on the dashboard.
Live overview
This tab displays live data. By default, it displays information about asset use, such as:
-
The number and type of assets stored in Content Hub.
-
The number of assets of each media type (.

, and .zip
). Hover your mouse over the chart to see specific values for each type.
You can display live data for any definition by customizing the dashboard. For example, you can display products by product category or campaigns by campaign type. To do this, modify the Search component on the Reporting dashboard page and track the page event.
To print or download a chart, in the upper-right corner, click Chart context menu and then click the action you want to take.
