Reporting logs

Note

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

The reporting logs record all reporting events within the system. You can view or download this report.

View the reporting logs

To view the reporting logs:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage .

  2. On the Manage page, click Reporting logs.

Tip

You can use the search and sort tools to find specific information in the log. Then, if you plan to look for that same information later, you can save your search by clicking More options and then Save search .

Download the reporting logs

To download the reporting logs:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage .

  2. On the Manage page, click Reporting logs.

  3. On the Reporting logs page, click More options and then click Download .

  4. In the Download logs dialog, fill out the following fields:

    Mandatory

    json/csv

    File format of the downloaded data.

    Yes

    from

    Beginning of the date range to include in the downloaded data.

    No

    to

    End of the date range to include in the downloaded data.

    No

  5. Click Download. A download order is created.
