System insights
The System insights page provides key statistics and reports about entities and entity definitions in your Content Hub instance.
By default, only superusers can access this page. To grant other users access, you must configure a rule that grants Read permission on the System insights portal page (Portal.Page: System insights).
You can use this page to:

Track the total number of entities, definitions, and taxonomies in your instance.

See the split between built-in versus custom definitions and taxonomy definitions.

View specific reports about entity definitions.
To access the System insights page:

In the main navigation, click Analytics > System insights
Reports
The System insights page includes reports about entity definitions. You can select the available reports from the drop-down list in the top-left of the page.
You can view the following reports:

Number of property definitions on an entity definition - Displays all entity definitions and how many property members they contain.
NoteEntity definitions that contain a large number of property members can degrade performance and often violate the 'composition over inheritance' principle in domain modeling.

Overview of entity definitions - Displays an overview of each entity definition and the number of associated entities.
