Content effectiveness

The Content effectiveness page provides insights into how assets perform when shared through public links. These metrics help you understand how shared assets are being used and accessed, and highlight potential issues that might affect user experience. To view this page, on the menu, click Analytics > Content effectiveness.

Important

By default, only superusers can access this page. To grant other users access, you must configure a rule that grants Read permission on the Analytics portal page (Portal.Page: Analytics).

The reporting start date is the date when the feature was enabled for your environment.

The Content effectiveness page includes the following metrics:

  • Total number of views.

  • Most and least accessed assets and links.

  • Geographic distribution of link activity.

  • Top countries and referring websites.

  • Views by device type and browser.

  • Link health checks, such as broken (404) links or large files that might impact delivery.
