User logs

Note

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

The user logs record all reporting events related to user activities. You can view or download this report. The data in these logs is maintained according to our retention policies.

View the user logs

To view the user logs:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage .

  2. On the Manage page, click Users.

  3. On the Users page, click the User logs tab.

Tip

You can use the search and sort tools to find specific information in the log. Then, if you plan to look for that same information later, you can save your search by clicking More options and then Save search .

Download the user logs

To download the user logs:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage .

  2. On the Manage page, click Users.

  3. On the Users page, click the User logs tab and then click Download.

  4. In the Download logs dialog, fill in the following fields:

    Beginning of the date range to include in the downloaded data.

    to

    End of the date range to include in the downloaded data.

    No

  5. Click Download. A download order is created.
