A campaign is an action plan to promote a product, including content and assets grouped around a common theme and organized in a campaign calendar. It defines the steps and resources that are needed at every stage, from the beginning of the promotion until its end. You can use Campaigns to organize assets, tag them with metadata to find them easily, and create multiple versions for various purposes.


If you can't see Campaigns on the main menu, then you need to enable them first.

The Campaign page opens, by default, with a grid view of campaigns. You can change this by clicking the display icon:

  • display icon Grid view - displays each campaign as a tile.

  • display icon Calendar view - displays campaigns on a calendar.

  • display icon Timeline view - displays campaigns on a Timeline month.

To fill in gaps or omissions in the campaign schedule, you can add campaigns directly to the Campaigns page. You can sort campaigns using the Campaign type facet (for example, you can sort by brand launch, social media, or omni-channel).

There is also a full-text search you can use to find the campaign you are interested in.
