Create collections

A collection is a group of assets, which you can share with other users when you need to work collaboratively on that collection through comments.

To create a collection:

  1. On the menu bar, click Collections.

  2. In the top-right corner of the Collections page, click Collection.

  3. In the Collection dialog, fill out the following fields.

    Name of the collection

    Collection type

    Type of the collection

    Campaign, Product, or Event

    Description

    Brief description of the collection

  4. To create another collection, select the Create another check box.

  5. Click Save. If you selected the Create another check box, the Collection dialog displays where you can create another collection. If you are not creating another item, the Collections page opens.

    Note

    When you create another item, some of the fields are prefilled with values you already defined.
