Sitecore Content Hub
Azure Logic App
If you need to temporarily halt product synchronization, navigate to Azure and disable the appropriate Logic App workflows.
To disable Logic App workflows:
-
Log into your Azure portal.
-
Locate the Resource Group created during the installation of the connector.
-
Locate the three Logic App workflows created during installation. This can be done by viewing your Logic App resources under your Resource Group, or by visiting the Logic Apps service page. The list of available Logic Apps, for example, looks like:
-
Click the name of the Logic App you want to disable.
-
On the detail page, click Disable. This halts the workflow of the Logic App.
-
Repeat the process for any additional Logic App workflows.
Azure Power Functions App
To disable the push synchronization functionality of the connector without disabling the logic app resources:

Click Save.
ImportantChanging application settings on the Function App restarts the application.
-
In the Save changes dialog box, click Continue.
Content Hub
When you remove the connector from Content Hub, we recommend that you also remove the D365Connector OAuth client and revoke the connector user credentials in Content Hub.
To remove the connector and remove the OAuth client:
-
In Content Hub, on the menu bar, click Manage.
-
On the Manage page, click OAuth clients.

D365Connector is the default name for the connector. If you use settings other than those used in this documentation, you must carefully review which OAuth client you need to remove.
Deleting the D365 user or resetting the user password removes the ability for the connector to synchronize data with Content Hub.
To delete a user:
-
On the menu bar, click Manage.
-
On the Manage page, click Users.
-
Next to the user who you added during the connector setup, click Delete.
