Budgeting
You create detailed budgets at the project level. You can display budget information as a:
- Table - a table lists budget line items with the option to inline-edit and filter the rows using search filters.
- Pivot table - a pivot table lets you to visualize data as a multi-dimensional dynamic table (where budget line items are displayed based on a specific grouping) or as a column chart (where the data is displayed in columns using the grouping you have defined). With both the pivot table and the column chart, you can display aggregated data as a balance or as a sum. And, you can move any field to the X-axis or to the Y-axis in order to group the results. You can also switch between pivot table views using the drop-down list in the top-left corner of the table. See display the budget as a pivot table.
Note
You can configure new visualizations and aggregations in the pivot table.
