Enable a rendition for watermarking

Although the watermarking feature does not support all Original renditions, it does support other renditions such as the Preview and PDF renditions.

To enable a rendition for watermarking:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage cog icon.

  2. On the Manage page, click Media processing.

  3. On the Media processing page, click the Content tab.

  4. In the right pane, click one of the flows in the list (for example, Images) to open the Processing flow detail page.

  5. On the Processing flow detail page, click the processing flow rendition that you want to apply watermarks to (for example, Preview).

  6. Click the Outputs tab and below the Rendition link label, click Edit.

  7. In the Rendition link detail dialog, turn on the following switches:

    • Gateway enable watermark

    • Enable watermark

  8. Next to the Watermark field, click Add cog icon, select a watermark, and click OK.

  9. From the Omit watermark permission list, select ViewNotWatermarked so that this permission setting is taken into account.

  10. Click Save.
