Share assets
The Share via email operation lets you share assets. You can share a single asset, a selection of assets, or download orders.
Sharing download orders is useful when you want to share multiple assets with different renditions.
To share assets:

Find and select the assets you want to share:

To share a single asset, on the menu bar, click Assets, then click the asset you want to share.

To share a selection of assets, on the menu bar, click Assets, then select the assets you want to share.

To share a download order, on the menu bar, click your profile icon, then click Downloads
.

Click More actions
> Share via email

In the Share via email dialog, on the Email tab, set the email fields.
