Share assets

The Share via email operation lets you share assets. You can share a single asset, a selection of assets, or download orders.

To share assets:

1. Find and select the assets you want to share:

   • To share a single asset, on the menu bar, click Assets, then click the asset you want to share.
   • To share a selection of assets, on the menu bar, click Assets, then select the assets you want to share.
   • To share a download order, on the menu bar, click your profile icon, then click Downloads .

2. Click More actions > Share via email .

3. In the Share via email dialog, on the Email tab, set the email fields.

   Recipients	String	List of email recipients. Number of recipients is limited to 50.	Email addresses are separated by commas.	Yes
   Comment	String	Comment joined to the email. Number of characters in the comment is limited to 250.	String value.	No
   Expiration	DateTime	Expiration date of the download link provided in the email.	DateTime value. By default, the link does not expire.	No

4. Click Send.
