Import a package
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
You can transfer content and data packages between environments by exporting and importing packages.
When you import a package, the settings in the package override the settings in the current environment settings.
To import a package:
-
On the menu bar, click Manage
.
-
On the Manage page, click Import/Export.
-
On the Import/Export page, in the Import section, click Choose file.
-
In the Upload dialog, do one of the following:
-
Drag and drop the package you want to upload.
-
Click Select file, then open the package you want to upload.
-
You can find the details of the import job on the Background processes page. The targets in the import job details indicate the number of each element type with import data in the package, such as entity definitions, policies, or taxonomies.
You can see the progress of any active exports on the Current activity tab of the Stats page, which you can access from the Manage page. An export is considered healthy if the majority of its finished jobs have completed successfully.
