Upload and use custom icons

Note

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

If you have your own set of custom .svg icons, you can upload and use them in Sitecore Content Hub.

Note

Icon overrides are not supported on pages that are rendered in Knockout. To override icons on pages rendered in Knockout, use a custom CSS. Icon overrides are supported on pages that are rendered in React, or in Hybrid mode.

To display correctly, your .svg icon files must use only the following:

  • Compound paths - shapes like rect or circle with dimensions are not supported.

  • The color black.

  • Strokes or fills - other CSS properties are not supported.
