Add a user to the D365.Connectors security group
Once the D365 connector user and security group are created, you need to add the user to the security group.
To add a user to the security group:

On the menu car, click Manage.

On the Manage page, click Users

On the Users page, locate and select the user for the connector.

Click View Details.

On the User detail page, click the User groups tab.

On the left pane, click Add to user group.

In the dialog box, select D365.Connectors and click Select.

Click Add item to add the D365.Connectors to the policy combination.

Click Save.

Repeat steps 3-9 for any additional product content authors that require the same level of access. The user group policy combination now includes the D365.Connectors group.
