Create the D365 Commerce Connector user
To synchronize products in D365 Commerce and Sitecore Content Hub, you need to create a dedicated D365 Commerce user.
To create a D365 Commerce Connector user:

On the menu bar, click Manage.

On the Manage, click Users.

On the Users page, click Add user.

On the Details tab, in the Username field, define a username.

Next to the Modules field, click Add
. -
In the Modules dialog box, click the check box next to Product to select it and click OK.

Click Save.

On the user details page, click Edit profile to edit the user profile and reset the user password.
Note
You need the username and password for the D365 Commerce Connector user when you configure the Azure Key Vault.
