Campaign deliverables

Campaign deliverables serve as a bridge between campaigns and their assets or content items, offering a structured approach to organizing and managing campaigns efficiently. They provide a comprehensive view of campaign components, such as website content, print materials, social media posts, promotional items, or in-store events.

Create a campaign deliverable

To create a campaign deliverable:

  1. On the menu bar, click Campaigns.

  2. On the Campaigns page, do one of the following:

    • In the search box, enter a search term for the campaign, and press Enter.

    • Use the filtering and sorting options to find the campaign you want to update.

  3. Click the campaign's tile to open its details page.

  4. On the campaign details page, click Add iconAdd > Add iconDeliverable.

  5. In the Deliverable dialog, fill in the following fields.

    Field name

    Description

    Name

    The name of the deliverable.

    Description

    A description of the deliverable.

    Type

    The type of deliverable. Click Add icon to search for and select a deliverable type. If no deliverable types exist, click Add iconCreate new, enter a label in the Create new dialog that opens, and click Save.

    Due date

    The deliverable due date.

    Campaigns

    The campaign this deliverable is part of. It is filled in automatically.

  6. To create another deliverable, select the Create another check box.

  7. Click Save. If you selected the Create another check box, the Deliverable dialog displays where you can create another deliverable. If you are not creating another item, the campaign details page opens.

    Note

    When you create another item, some of the fields are prefilled with values you already defined.
