Create a print entity generation action
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
After creating the print template, you use a print entity generation action to generate the PDF file based on that template.
To create a print entity generation action:

On the menu bar, click Manage

On the Manage page, click Actions.

On the Actions page, click New action.

In the New action dialog, fill out the following fields:

Action type. Select Print Entity Generation.

Target definition of the PDF generation action.

Print template entity to use for PDF generation.

Click Save.
