Create a print entity generation action
Note
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
After creating the print template, you use a print entity generation action to generate the PDF file based on that template.
To create a print entity generation action:

On the menu bar, click Manage .

On the Manage page, click Actions.

On the Actions page, click New action.

In the New action dialog, fill out the following fields:
Field Description Mandatory Name Name of the action. Yes Label Label of the action. No Type Action type. Select Print Entity Generation. Yes Definition Target definition of the PDF generation action. Yes Template Print template entity to use for PDF generation. Yes -
Click Save.
Note
The Template drop-down list contains the print templates linked to the selected target definition. Also, for a detailed walkthrough of this procedure, see this example.
