Display resources in a calendar view
For an overall view of resource planning, you can choose to display information in a table or in a calendar. At the project level, however, resources are always displayed in a calendar view. In both cases, when you hover over the percentages displayed in the calendar, you see details about the assigned tasks, the work capacity, and the workload balance of the user.
