Manage your notifications

Notifications let you know when a Sitecore Content Hub event has taken place, such as when a download is ready. You can choose one or more notification methods:—by email, by a pop-up message in the right-hand corner of the screen, or in a slide-out panel that opens by clicking Notifications on the menu bar.

To configure personal notifications:

  1. On the menu bar, click Profile and settings > Profile and Settings icon Profile.

  2. On your profile page, in the Notifications pane, click Edit .

  3. Next to any event, turn on the switch to determine how you will receive notifications in Content Hub (by email, in real time or in-app).

  4. Click Save.

Note

When the switch for a notification method is greyed out and the unavailable icon displays when you hover over it, the notification method is not available for that event.

Tip

If you enable push notifications in your browser for your Content Hub domain, all real-time notifications will also appear as push notifications to keep you informed while multitasking.
