Log in and out of Content Hub
To access Sitecore Content Hub, you must be an authorized user. Depending on how Content Hub is configured, you can log in:
- By entering the URL of your Content Hub instance in a web browser and providing your username and password. If single sign-on (SSO) is configured, click Sign in instead.
- By clicking the link in the email sent to you by a Content Hub superuser, which lets you confirm your email address and log in.
If you are not authenticated, you’ll be redirected to the login page when you try to access Content Hub.
Content Hub is not available through the Cloud Portal. The first Content Hub user in a tenant must be provisioned by Sitecore support and all subsequent users are invited to the instance by a superuser.
To log in through a web browser:
- Use a web browser to navigate to your Content Hub instance.
- On the login page, enter your Username and Password.
- Click Sign in.
The web browser session automatically uses your regional settings to determine the login portal language culture. If this culture is not supported, the web application uses a default culture.
After logging in for the first time, take a moment to explore the user interface, including the search tools available throughout the application. You can also personalize your experience by adjusting your profile settings and managing your account. Log out
To log out, in Content Hub, click Profile and settings > Log out .
