Event notifications
Sitecore Content Hub notifies you whenever specific events occur. These notifications can be sent using a combination of the following:

Email - you receive an email in your registered email account.

Real time - a notification appears in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

In-app - a notification appears in a slide-out panel that you can access by clicking Notifications on the menu bar. An indictor lets you know how many unread notifications you have. From the Notifications panel, you can download files and view details.
You can change the notification method for each event in your personal profile. If a notification method is greyed out and shows the unavailable icon when you hover over the switch, the notification method is not supported for that event. If you are a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies, you can configure notification methods at a system level by clicking Manage > Notifications.

| Download completed | A download was successfully completed. |
| Download failed | The download order could not be completed. For more information, see the job details page. |
| Download partially failed | The download order encountered an error and was only partially downloaded. or more information, see the job details page. |
| Embeddings job completed | An embeddings job completed successfully. Your assets are onboarded for visual search. |
| Embeddings job failed | An embeddings job failed. Some or all assets could not be onboarded for visual search. |
| Enrichment with AI completed | An AI enrichment job completed successfully for all selected assets. |
| Enrichment with AI failed | An AI enrichment job failed for all selected assets. |
| Enrichment with AI partially failed | An AI enrichment job completed partially. Check the job details for more information. |
| Entity copy completed successfully | An asynchronous entity copy job completed successfully. |
| Entity copy completed with errors | An asynchronous entity copy job completed with errors. The job is marked as TargetCompletedWithFailures. |
| Entity copy started | An asynchronous copy of an entity and its related entities has started. |
| External action execution completed | An external action has finished. |
| External action execution failed | An external action has failed. |
| Import completed | An import job (Excel or package import)) has finished. |
| Import failed | Your data import (Excel or package import) encountered an error and could not be completed. |
| Mass edit job completed | The bulk editing operation has been completed successfully. |
| Mass edit job failed | The bulk editing operation encountered errors and could not be completed. |
| Mentioned in a content annotation | You have been mentioned in a content annotation. |
| Mentioned in a modified comment | You have been mentioned in a modified comment. |
| Mentioned in a new comment | You have been mentioned in a new comment. |
| Print entity generation completed | A print entity has been generated. |
| Public link conversion configuration reset | The public link conversion configuration has reset. |
| Reporting log export completed | The reporting log has been generated successfully and is ready for download. |
| Reporting log export failed | The reporting log encountered an error and could not be completed. |
| Saved search results changed | Changes have occurred that influence an existing saved search, such as changes to the metadata of an asset, which affect the saved search criteria. |
| Sharing email failed to send | The Share via email feature has failed to send an email. |
| Sharing email sent | An email has been sent using the Share via email feature. |
| Subtitles completed | A subtitles upload has finished. |
| Subtitles failed | A subtitles upload has failed. |
| Subtitles queued | A subtitles upload has been queued. |
| Task assigned to me | A task has been assigned to you in a single-stage project or a stage of a multistage project. |
| Task declined that I created | A task you created, either in a single-stage project or a stage of a multistage project, has been declined by another user. |
| Task done that I created | A task you created, either in a single-stage project or a stage of a multistage project, has been completed by another user. |
| Task reminder | There is an outstanding task assigned to you. |
| User audit log order completed | An audit log order has completed. |
| User audit log order failed | An audit log order has failed. |
| Video indexer completed | The video indexer has finished processing a video you uploaded. |
| Video indexer failed | The video indexer has failed to process a video you uploaded. |
| Video indexer queued | A video you uploaded has been queued to be processed by the video indexer. |
| Work assigned to me | You have work pending as a result of a transition in a state flow. |
