Create a Product Gallery rendition

To pull images from Sitecore Content Hub into D365 Commerce, you must create a new rendition for use in the URL mapping.

To create a Product Gallery rendition:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage cog icon.

  2. On the Manage page, click Media processing.

  3. On the Media processing page, in the left pane, click Content and then select Images.

  4. On the Images flow page, click the left most Plus icon icon.

  5. In the right pane, click Convert image and, on the Parameters tab, do the following:

    • In the Name field, type productgallery.

    • In the Content type field, enter image/png.

    • From the Content disposition list, choose Inline.

    • From the Resize option list, choose only shrink if larger.

    • In the Target extension field, type png.

    • In the Width field, type 1600.

    • In the Height field, type 900.

    • From the Color Profile list, select None.

    • From the Color space list, select sRGB.

    • From the Density (DPI) list, select 72.

  6. Click the Outputs tab and then click the Store output switch to make it active (On).

  7. In the Output name field, type productgallery.

  8. From the Property list, choose Renditions.

  9. Click the Alternative files switch to make it active (On).

  10. Under Rendition link, click New link.

  11. In the New link dialog box, do the following:

    • In the Name field, type productgallery.

    • In the Label field, type productgallery.

    • From the Indent list, select Download.

    • From the Link expiration list, select 20 minutes.

    • From the Required permissions list, select None.

    • From the Omit watermark permission, select None.

    • From the Intended area of use, select the UI check box, the Public links check box, and the Preview check box.

    • Next to the Asset media, click Add icon and select the Images check box and, under Vectors, select png and then click OK.

  12. Click Save.

  13. Click Save task and then click Save and Close.

To add a new task for vectors:

  1. On the Media processing page, in the left pane, click Content and then click Vectors.

  2. On the Vectors flow page, click the left most Plus icon icon.

  3. In the right pane, Convert image and, on the Parameters tab, do the following:

    • In the Name field, type productgallery.

    • In the Content type field, type image/png.

    • From the Content disposition list, select inline.

    • From the Resize option list, select only shrink if larger.

    • In the Target extention, type png.

    • In the Width box, type 1600.

    • In the Height box, type 900.

    • From the Color profile list, select None.

    • From the Color space list, select sRGB.

    • From the Density (DPI) list, select 72.

  4. Click the Outputs tab.

  5. Click the Store output switch to make it active (On) and do the following:

    • In the Output name field, type productgallery.

    • From the Property list, select Renditions.

    • Click the Alternative files switch to make it active (On).

    • Under Rendition link, click Edit.

  6. In the productgallery dialog box, do the following:

    • In the Label field, type productgallery.

    • From the Intent list, select Download.

    • From the Link expiration list, select 20 minutes.

    • From the Required permissions list, select None.

    • From the Omit watermark permission list, select None.

    • From the Intended area of use list, select the UI check box, the Public links check box, and the Preview check box.

      • Next to the Asset media, click Add icon and select the Images check box and, under Vectors, select png and then click OK.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Click Save task.

  9. Click Save and then click Close.

  10. On the Media processing page, in the top-right corner of the application window, click Publish.
