Create and download an annotation report

The annotation report is particularly useful in the review and approval process because it enables you to download reviewer annotations in a structured PDF report. In this way, you can share annotations with external agencies who do not have access to the annotations directly but who need to see them so they can respond accordingly.

The generation of an annotation report PDF requires the installation of two specific print templates:

  • AnnotationReportPdf

  • AnnotationReportAudioVideo

Note

You can create an annotation report for every type of asset.

To create and download an annotation report:

  1. On the asset details page, click Annotate annotate icon.

  2. On the Annotations page, click Download PDF.

    You can find the generated annotation report PDF on the Downloads page.

Note

The annotation report does not include freehand symbols and shapes added to annotations.
