Edit in table
You can update the metadata of multiple selected entities using the Edit in table feature. This procedure shows you how to use Edit in table to update assets, but you can use the feature for any type of entity.
Each row in the mass edit table corresponds to an entity. In each row, every cell corresponds to a member value (except for the view details page and thumbnail). If no member values are updated for an entity, there will be no changes recorded for that particular entity. Only cells that have been updated will be reported as changed in the mass edit job.
The size of thumbnails dynamically adjusts to fit the width of the thumbnail column, which has a maximum width of 200px.
When making many modifications in the mass edit table, we recommend saving regularly to create and run small processing jobs in the background. It avoids bottlenecks caused by a single large job and reduces the risk of losing modifications in progress.
