Grant access to a content collection

A content collection is composed of content items with a common property or purpose. Users cannot view a collection unless they are granted access.

To grant access to a content collection:

  1. On the menu bar, click Collections and select a collection.

  2. On the collection details page, click User access.

  3. Click Add users.

  4. In the Add users dialog, search for or select a user or user group, and click Add.

  5. In the User access dialog, select the role required for each user.

  6. Click Save.
