Publish and unpublish an entity definition
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
An entity is an item or concept represented by a set of properties and metadata. The entity definition defines its structure. To make the entity definition available, you must publish it.
The Delivery platform tile is only visible if publishing is enabled.
Publish an entity definition
To publish an entity definition:

On the menu bar, click Manage
. -
On the Manage page, click Delivery platform.

On the Delivery platform page, in the left pane next to an entity definition (for example, Asset), click the Unpublished icon
. -
In the Delivery platform settings dialog box, turn on the Enable in delivery platform switch.

Add publishing conditions as required.

Click Done.

On the entity definition details page, add or remove members as required.

Click Save & Publish. The publishing status is now displayed next to the Delivery platform page title.

To discard unsaved changes, click Actions
> Discard unsaved changes.
Unpublish an entity definition
To unpublish an entity definition:

On the menu bar, click Manage
. -
On the Manage page, click Delivery platform.

On the Delivery platform page, in the left pane next to the entity definition (for example, Asset), click the Published
icon. -
In the Delivery platform settings dialog, turn off the Enable in delivery platform switch.

Click Done.

Click Save & Publish. The publishing status is now displayed next to the Delivery platform page title.
