Create a smart brief
AI capabilities in Content Hub need to be enabled and, if necessary, configured by a superuser or a user with the necessary permissions granted to them through user group policies. Most AI capabilities require Sitecore Stream.
When you create a smart brief, you can add content manually or use the AI Assistant to help.
To collaborate on the brief, you can create and assign to-do tasks to those working on the brief. You can also add reviewers who can review and comment on the brief.

Create taxonomies to classify and organize information, for example, target audiences.

Add the assets you want to use in the smart brief to Content Hub to use text-based or visual search.

Create the campaigns or projects you want to link to.
To generate a smart brief:

On the menu bar, click Content Ops.

On the Content Operations page, click
Create > Brief. -
In the Create brief dialog, click the brief type you want to use. The default Creative brief type contains examples of all the field types supported.

On the brief details page, fill in the fields as required. Depending on the field type, the AI Assistant can help you write text, find taxonomies, and build a timeline of milestones.

After making your desired changes, click Save.
