Release a product master with variants
After you create a product master and variants, you can release it.
To release a product master with variants:

Click the Release products tab.

On the Select products to release page, review the new product master to be released and click Next.

Select all variants you want to release and click Next.

On the Select companies to release to page, select the appropriate company or companies.
ImportantFor the connector to work as expected, you must choose a company that is configured as a legal entity in your D365 dual-write settings.

Click Next.
ImportantWhen releasing a large number of products and product variants, it is recommended to turn on batch processing before releasing products.

Click Finish to release products. Once the new product master and its variants are released in D365 and Dataverse, you can review these new products in Content Hub.

Log into your Content Hub application.

On the menu bar, click Products and, from the drop-down list, click Products.

On the Products listing page, in the search box, enter the D365 product number of the newly released master product. The newly released product master and its variants appear in the search results.
