View the fragment details page

In Sitecore Content Hub, a fragment, which is a text snippet consisting of a title and rich text, enables reuse within a basic project, stage, task, or job. You can add a fragment as content to a project workflow or task or as an attachment. To see more information about a fragment, open the fragment details page, which displays the:

  • Fragment details, such as the ID, who created the fragment and when as well as the update number.

  • Locale of the fragment.

  • Fragment version history.

  • Projects, stages, or jobs where the fragment is used in content or as an attachment.

  • Operations available for the fragment, such as create, delete, and fragment diff.

You can open the fragment details page in a number of ways. On the menu bar, click:

  • Project > Projects and then open a basic project or a stage in a multi-stage project.

  • Project > Jobs and then click the job containing the fragment you want more information on.

  • Project > Project content and then click the fragment you want more information on.

Note

Details pages are configurable, so the components, properties, relations, and definitions shown on the page depend on your implementation. This topic does not explain how to edit every property. Instead, it provides an overview of the elements you can edit on a fragment details page.

The default fragment details page generally contains the following sections:

Section

Local reviews

Reviews for content items that include the fragment. Local reviews are completed by one person and occur within the project. This means that if the fragment is added to multiple projects, it can have a different lifecycle status in each.

Parallel reviews

Parallel reviews involve more than one individual who each set the item status independently. With parallel reviews, the lifecycle status is a global one, so that even if the fragment is added to multiple projects, it can only have one lifecycle status.

Used as content

Lists the project, stage, or job where the fragment is used.

Used as attachment

Lists the projects or stages where the fragment is attached.

Used in tasks
