Attach content

To add supporting material that does not go through the project workflow, you can attach files, fragments, and content items from the Details tab in a project or stage. When you want content to be included in a task or workflow, add content to the Content tab.

Standard operations are available for attachments.

To attach content:

  1. On the menu bar, click Project > Projects.

  2. On the Projects page, do one of the following:

    • For a basic project, click the project to open the project details page.

    • For a multi-stage project, click the project to open the project details page.

    • For a stage in a multi-stage project, open the project details page, click the Timeline tab, and then click a stage.

  3. Click the Details tab.

  4. In the Attachments section, click + Add, and select:

    • To upload assets, click + Upload files, and select the files you want to upload or specify the URLs to the files you want to import.

    • To create fragments, click + Fragment, define fragment properties, and click Save.

    • To create content items (such as a blog, recipe, or white paper), click + Content, define content item properties, and click Save.

    • To add an existing content item, click Add existing items, select the items you want to add, and click Add.

Note

Each project or stage has its own attachments that are not shared with any other project or stage at any level.
