Approve or reject DRM requests

In Sitecore Content Hub, projects or tasks that include assets under digital rights management (DRM) must be approved by a user who is a member of the M.builtin.DRM.Administrators and M.builtin.DRM.Everyone user groups.

Note

When a DRM request is approved or rejected, a notification is sent through the email approval flow. The request comment is recorded on the task details page.

To approve or reject DRM requests:

  1. On the menu bar, click Project > DRM requests.

  2. On the DRM requests page, click one of the following tabs:

    • DRM requests projects - displays all DRM requests and their associated status.
    • DRM requests tasks - displays pending DRM request tasks.

  3. Select the check boxes next to the requests you want to approve or reject.

    Tip

    You can use Select all to quickly select or deselect all available tasks.

  4. Click Approve or Reject.
