Assign project roles
To apply user permissions at the project level, you can assign a project role.
Only a superuser or a project manager can assign project roles or add users and user groups to the role.
To assign project roles:

On the menu bar, click Project > Projects.

On the project details page, click
Roles.

In the project dialog, click Edit.

Do one of the following:

Click the Users tab to add individual users to a role.

Click the User groups tab to add user groups to a role.

In the section for the role to which you are adding users or groups, click + Add.

In the User or Usergroup dialog, select the check boxes next to the users or groups you want to add to the role, and click OK.

Click Save.
To remove a user or user group from a role, click Remove (X) next to the user or group name.
